The Solutions Architect is a post-sales role responsible for deploying, optimizing, and supporting Guardsix cybersecurity solutions across customer environments. The role ensures successful implementation, integration, and operationalization of SIEM and related technologies, working closely with customers and internal teams to deliver high-quality technical outcomes.


What You Will Be Doing

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers and partners throughout the post-sales lifecycle.
  • Lead end-to-end deployment of SIEM solutions, including configuration, log ingestion, normalization, enrichment, and integrations.
  • Integrate contextual data sources such as identity systems (e.g., LDAP), threat intelligence, endpoints, network, and cloud services.
  • Map detections and alerts to frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK to improve threat visibility and operational effectiveness.
  • Deliver technical workshops, training sessions, demos, and enablement programs for customers and partners.
  • Provide technical consultation and troubleshooting support across SIEM and related cybersecurity technologies.
  • Monitor customer health, proactively address adoption and technical challenges, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to drive improvements.
  • Maintain customer documentation, configurations, best practices, and deployment standards.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including solution scoping, architecture discussions, and technical design when required.



What You Bring to the Table

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex technical and customer environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Presales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Partner teams.
  • Strong partner and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build engagement and translate feedback into actionable improvements.
  • Experience delivering technical workshops, enablement programs, and customer-facing presentations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple customers, partners, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Continuous learning mindset with a passion for cybersecurity, emerging technologies, and market trends.

Your Skills and Experience

  • 5–15 years of experience in cybersecurity, SIEM, or related technical roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
  • Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms such as Logpoint, Splunk, QRadar, Elastic, or similar technologies.
  • Strong understanding of threat detection, incident response, security operations, and security monitoring workflows.
  • Experience working with log sources including firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoints, identity systems, cloud services, and threat intelligence platforms.
  • Experience configuring, integrating, and optimizing security platforms, APIs, and related technologies.
  • Familiarity with scripting and automation using tools such as Python, PowerShell, regular expressions, or similar technologies.
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
