We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Solutions Engagement Manager, Data Centre. In this key role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing delivery of operational services in a Data Centre, managing facilities and teams, fostering client relationships, and leading project engagements.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage, optimize, and deliver outsourcing services to enhance Data Centre operational efficiency through deployment and utilisation of Technology, Tools and Transformational Strategies.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, providing strategic guidance and project leadership.
- Oversee the maintenance of safe, secure, and efficient Data Centre environments.
- Lead and mentor teams of Data Centre technicians, engineers, and support staff in a managed service operations project.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Contribute to the strategic development of projects, providing expertise in technical consultancy.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and growth within client engagements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience (current) in customer service or technical consultancy at the forefront of Data Centre and project management excellence.
- CDCS / CDCE / CDFOM or other relevant professional certifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a background in project management.
- Experience in negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing procurement processes for Data Centre equipment and service.
- In-depth knowledge of data centre operations, best practices and proficiency in managing large-scale and/or hyperscale data centre infrastructure and operations.
- Industrial knowledge in Data Centres (ICT, Mechanical, Electrical, Cooling Systems, Facility) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, digital twin, and big data is a plus.
- Ability to travel
- This role can be based in Philippines.
