As a Spa Therapist at Villa Haven, you will be responsible for providing a range of spa treatments and therapies to our guests with the highest level of professionalism and care. This role requires expertise in various massage techniques, a commitment to guest satisfaction, and a genuine passion for wellness and relaxation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a luxury spa or hospitality environment.
• Proficiency in a variety of massage modalities and spa treatments.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service delivery.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a remote island setting and adapt to a tropical climate.
