Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in Spanish via email, phone, and chat
  • Assist clients with questions regarding subscriptions, content availability, and technical issues
  • Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve more complex customer issues
  • Educate customers about new features, titles, and promotions available on Disney +
  • Gather customer feedback to help enhance our services
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on service offerings and customer support procedures

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the telecommunications or entertainment industry
