Responsibilities
- Provide technical support in Spanish via phone, email, and chat for customers with various electronic products
- Effectively diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to enhance customer satisfaction
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions systematically in our support tracking system
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex problems
- Assist customers in understanding product features and optimal usage
- Keep informed on product updates and industry developments
- Engage in continuous learning to improve technical knowledge and customer service capabilities
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly noted in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service, particularly in the electronics sector
