Location: Bangalore
Key skills and expertise:
|
Executes the end-to-end MS 365 migration program, accountable for delivery, timelines, and executive reporting. |
|
Manage migration strategy (cutover, hybrid, staged), builds playbooks, and aligns with Program goals. |
|
Oversees delivery (AD, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Power Apps), identifies blockers, and maps technical readiness. |
|
Provides deep technical guidance during pilot, rollout, and cutover. Troubleshoots escalations. |
|
Identifies technical risks (identity, mail routing, DNS) and designs mitigation plans. |
|
Aligns migration success criteria through technical validation checkpoints with QA Lead and other team members. |
|
Provides executive dashboards, migration progress, and adoption metrics. |
|
Owns stabilization phase, defect closure, and handover to support. Oversees technical tuning, performance validation, and transition to operations. |
