• Planning and coordination of HW, SW and function maturity on vehicle level (function implementation planning).
• Planning of system commissioning on vehicle & test benches.
• Planning and coordination of vehicle testings. Bridge between all involved parties.
• Take responsibility for commissioning: Address and solve legal, release, coordinative, operational and technical issues.
• Provide transparency about vehicle maturity. Define necessary activities and reasonable deadlines in order to meet vehicle project target for autonomous driving and powertrain.
• Define planning and reporting tools.
• Owner of planning files (change management, drive necessary decisions).
• Take responsibilities for commissioning of the vehicle (demonstrator / serial car).
• Align commissioning planning with all relevant interface partners.
• Update planning to all upcoming changes, align with all involved parties.
• Alert management in case of unsolvable conflicts. Offer alternative paths.
• Risk management for commissioning autonomous driving and powertrain.
• Early warning when facing responsibility gaps on vehicle level.
• Lean & self responsible working attitude.
• Flexibility/openness for suddenly upcoming tasks (start up mentality).

Qualifications

Industry Background - Automotive, management

Knowledge and skills - Commissioning, planning, automotive, reporting

Education / Training - Master, or PhD

Competencies - Self organizing, solution oriented
