Staff Accountant

Must have Big Company/Corporate Experience & Good GPA, 1-3 yrs experience ONLY

Responsibilities:

This position will prepare all journal entries for Cash Activities (including automated, manual, and semi manual). Reconcile all Bank Accounts across multiple (3) Companies and bank accounts (approximately 10). Develop, maintain, and provide audit (Financial and J-Sox) support for all Accounting areas this position is directly responsible for as well as Ensuring Compliance with state escheatment requirements. Perform all Accounting activities as it relates to DSI Cash investments/ Securities and DSI Non Intercompany Loans Receivable (i.e. Wheels Self Funded Lease). Perform all activities to ensure 3rd Party Vendors calculate return credits appropriately. Perform daily testing of all sales and logistics transactions to ensure the appropriate FI documents are created within company ERP system (SAP).

Qualifications

Education/Experience

Bachelors degree required.

1-3 years experience required.

Fortune 500, or Big Company/Corporate experience
