Staff Structural Engineer

Woodard Sease & Associates, PC is a growing Structural Engineering firm in Raleigh, NC that provides consulting and structural design services to a wide variety of clients on commercial and residential building projects.

Currently, W.S.A. is seeking passionate, performance-minded candidates for the position of Staff Structural Engineer. W.S.A. looks for those who take pride in their work, are motivated to lead projects of all sizes, and enjoy the breadth of responsibilities and variety of work experience that only a small, growing company like ours can provide.

Qualifications

Position requires a BS Degree in Civil Engineering and prefers an EI with 2+ years of experience in commercial and/or residential construction design. Field experience is highly valued, along with a self-driven work ethic that will lead to advancement.​Must possess strong communication and organizational skills and enjoy working directly with clients.
