What You’ll Do

Team Leadership

-Recruit, train, and inspire a team of Sales Advocates.

-Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development.

Sales & Performance

-Set and achieve ambitious sales goals.

-Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities.

-Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.

Customer Experience

-Ensure every customer receives outstanding service.

-Train your team on product knowledge and problem-solving.

-Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.

Inventory & Operations

-Manage inventory, conduct audits, and maintain stock accuracy.

-Oversee daily operations: cash handling, opening/closing, and compliance.

-Keep the store organized, clean, and aligned with Cricket’s brand image.

Marketing & Community Engagement

-Support local promotions and marketing initiatives.

-Leverage social media and community outreach to grow store traffic.

Reporting & Analysis

-Prepare reports on sales, productivity, and inventory.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

-Proven experience in retail or wireless sales leadership

-Strong communication and coaching skills

-Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)

-Passion for delivering exceptional customer service

Experience:

-Management: 1 year (Preferred)
