What You’ll Do
Lead Business Performance
- Take ownership of store performance by driving revenue growth, profitability, operational efficiency, and long-term success.
- Analyze financial statements, budgets, and key performance metrics to identify opportunities and make informed business decisions.
- Develop and execute strategies that support company objectives and strengthen market position.
- Understand customer needs, market trends, and business opportunities to drive continued growth.
Build & Develop High-Performing Teams
- Lead, coach, and develop department managers and employees to achieve individual and team success.
- Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement.
- Set clear expectations, provide feedback, and support employee growth and development.
- Partner with leadership teams to recruit, retain, and develop top talent.
Deliver Operational Excellence
- Ensure departments are working together effectively to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
- Promote consistency, communication, and best practices across store locations.
- Maintain a professional, safe, and customer-focused environment.
Strengthen Customer & Community Relationships
- Build trusted relationships with customers by understanding their businesses and delivering solutions.
- Represent Swiderski Equipment as a leader in the agriculture, construction, and local community.

Preferred Experience
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience preferred, including responsibility for business performance, team development, financial results, and operational execution. Equivalent experience demonstrating strong business leadership will be considered.
- Experience managing budgets, financial results, teams, and operational goals.
- Agriculture, construction equipment, dealership, or similar industry experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, or related field preferred.
