Synopsis
The Store Operators reports to Store Supervisor, supporting the daily stores handling activities of the spares of materials, components, tooling and commercial parts for maintenance requirements and update of the respective parts inventory systems and ensures compliance to regulatory and company requirements.
Accountabilities
• Manage assigned store handling operations including binning, pre-loading, issuing, dispatch, and transfer of aircraft spares, materials, tools, wheels, and equipment to support maintenance.
• Maintain and update inventory records in the AMOS system, ensuring data accuracy through regular verification, reconciliation, and timely reporting of discrepancies.
• Ensure adherence to established standard operating procedures and handling practices for aircraft materials, tools, and equipment to prevent damage and maintain serviceability.
• Support inventory control and stock integrity by complying with defined processes, documentation requirements, and internal controls.
• Handle DGR and ESDS material in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely availability and movement of materials in line with operational priorities.
• Internal: Maintenance, Material Planning, Inventory control, Technical Procurement and Repair management, GSE teams
• External: Etihad Engineering stores personnel, Velora
Qualifications
Education & Experience
• High School leaving Certificate / Diploma
Experience:
• Minimum (3) years of airline / MRO experience preferred.
• Experience in handling spares, tools and materials and store operations.
• Able to work in shifts.
Language Requirements:
• Fluent English
• Arabic is an advantage
Competencies and Skills
• Preferred to have a valid UAE driving license and forklift operating experience.
• Strong AMOS background preferred with strong communication skills.
