Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Partner with key executives of subsidiaries/business lines to architect business strategies, design product roadmaps, define brand differentiation, and co-lead high-impact strategic decisions.

Market-Driven Execution: Conduct deep financial market analysis and collaborate with local teams to develop agile, data-informed marketing strategies aligned with macroeconomic trends.

Performance Architecture: Design and implement KPI frameworks that balance short-term execution with sustainable market health.

Value Optimization: Develop pricing models and competitive positioning strategies to maximize revenue while achieving strategic objectives.

Growth Catalyst: Identify and evaluate inorganic growth opportunities (M&A, partnerships, JVs), taking lead of due diligence and supporting strategic investment execution.

Executive Alignment: Interface directly with the Group Decision Committee to align regional strategy with global priorities and execute mission-critical initiatives.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above with near-native English proficiency.

2-4 years of experience in evaluating later-stage projects in PE and VC firms (consumer facing sectors preferred). Proven track record in operationalizing strategies.

Active investor of Hong Kong / U.S. stocks and closely follows market development.

Demonstrated ability to deconstruct complex business issues, identify leverage points, and deliver actionable insights under ambiguity.

Self-directed operator who rapidly masters new domains and delivers CEO-ready strategic recommendations.

Exceptional written/verbal communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite stakeholders.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across geographies and organizational layers to drive consensus and execution.
