In this role, you will:

  • Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team by ensuring accountability, clarity, collaboration and execution quality across key topics and improving cross-functional processes
  • Lead cross-functional strategic projects from problem definition to implementation: Help translate priorities into clear plans, decisions, owners, and follow-through.
  • Lead the OKR process: planning, alignment, tracking, and review.
  • Coordinate budget planning & tracking across functions
  • Coordinate efficient back office operations: HR, legal, finance, procurement, risk management.
  • Manage stakeholder relations and ensure effective and clear strategic communication across the organization.
  • Prepare materials, agendas, and follow-up for leadership meetings, business reviews, offsites, and other key workshops/meetings to ensure efficiency.

    • Your skills & experiences:

  • 3+ years of experience in Chief of Staff, Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, consulting, project management or a similar cross-functional role.
  • Extensive experience leading cross-functional projects end to end.
  • Structured problem-solving, project management, prioritization and change management skills.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous topics into clear plans and actionable next steps.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Lithuanian.
  • High ownership and initiative.
  • Experience with Business review, KPI, OKR processes or similar.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
    • Nice to have:
  • Experience working closely with leadership or executive teams.
  • Experience in product, go-to-market, business development, or strategic planning projects.
  • Experience in leading commercial or product teams/operations.

  • Gross salary: 4000 - 6000 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
