What you will do
- Gather and analyze business requirements and transform them into clear system specifications
- Design system solutions together with the development team
- Analyze complex systems, integrations and data flows
- Define API contracts and integration requirements
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation
- Model business and system processes using BPMN / UML
- Support developers during implementation and clarify requirements when needed
- Act as a bridge between stakeholders, product and engineering teams
What we expect
- 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in a product team
- Previous experience in fintech, banking or payments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex systems and data flows
- Experience writing detailed technical specifications
- Understanding of REST APIs, system integrations, and API documentation tools (Swagger, Postman)
- Experience working with PostgreSQL, SQL, UML, and BPMN
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
Nice to have
- Experience working with crypto products or blockchain integrations
- Understanding of payment systems and financial infrastructure
- Experience in startup or fast-growing product companies
- STEM degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or similar)
