TAD Associate

Position Description:

Thisrole will reportto theVice President, Portfolio Managementof TADigital andprovide support totheentiredatacenterinvestmentteam. The data center platformlaunched in 2020,currentlymanages multiple accounts,includingacommingled, closed-end fund, and has over 2.8GW ofprojects in various stages of development. Thisrolewillconducttimelyanalysis andprovide actionablereports and insightsto managementof the data center platform.

Essential Job Functions:

• Partner withportfolio managers,acquisitions, assetmanagementand investor relationsto provide dataand insightsregardingfund and investmentperformance

• Design, improve,refineand implementinvestmentmodels

• Maintain market data and comparables database

• Support leasing deliverables including budgets and schedules asrequired

• Assistcapitalmarkets team on financing deliverables

• Support investor requests by providingtimelyinformation and reports

• Support the marketing and fundraising of new investment vehicles, including preparing pitch books, investorpresentationsand due diligence materials

• Prepare regular reportsandcompletespecial projectsas requested

Education and Experience Required:

• Extreme attention to detail

• Ability tointerpret andevaluatefinancial and other data

• Strong written and verbal communicationskills

• Works effectively in a fast-paced,deadlineorientated,team environment and consistentlydemonstratesa high levelof organizational skill and customer service

• Ability to multitask withgreat timemanagement skills

• Bachelor's degreeinbusiness,economicsor finance.

• Real estate or analytical courses a plus

• 4+yearsof work experiencein finance, digitalinfrastructureand/or real estate

• Expertisein excelrequired, advanced modeling techniques a plus

• Expertiseusing Yardiand/or Argusis a plus
