Egis is currently looking for a coorindator to join the talent acquisition team.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to the recruitment process such as maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in ATS, sending mobilization requests and preparing job offer letters.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates on their application status and answering their questions.
- Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
