We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead who'll drive excellence in our hiring processes and foster the high-performance culture in our recruitment team.
You will work closely with leadership to increase talent density across the organization, and you'll coach and grow a team of recruiters to deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, engage, and coach a team of high-performing Talent Acquisition professionals
  • Own and optimize recruiting strategy for priority roles across the company
  • Create and reinforce best practices that emphasize quality over quantity, aiming for exceptional talent density
  • Partner with key stakeholders (Business Leaders, HMs, HRBPs, others) to determine current and future talent needs, align on hiring progress and challenges, etc.
  • Regularly review team performance, pipeline health, CSAT, and other metrics
  • Personally drive senior and/or hard-to-fill searches
  • Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers on constant improvement of the hiring process. Drive or take part in Talent projects and initiatives
  • Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Team Lead / Manager, ideally within fast-paced tech companies
  • Proven ability to coach and upskill recruiters to deliver solid hiring outcomes
  • Track record of hiring world-class talent, with the ability to define and uphold a high hiring bar
  • Successful track record of delivering on aggressive hiring goals
  • Effective stakeholder management, relationship building, and consulting skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to drive performance
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Positive on crypto
