Role Overview
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Global People Team and help shape and deliver our hiring strategy. You will work closely with our global Talent Acquisition and HR teams to ensure consistency, alignment, and an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience across the organization.
This is a hands-on recruiting role, owning the full hiring lifecycle across multiple functions, including Sales, Services, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and G&A.
This position does not include direct people management. Instead, we’re looking for a strong individual contributor who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and is passionate about building strong partnerships across teams to assemble high-performing teams.
Your responsibilities:
Design and implement creative, effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company’s priorities, hiring needs, and culture.
Balance inbound and outbound recruiting pipelines to support the hiring roadmap, using a variety of sourcing channels and approaches.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success criteria, and assessment methods across the full hiring lifecycle.
Own end-to-end recruitment processes, from role qualification and sourcing to interviews, offer management, and closing, while providing an exceptional candidate experience.
Drive Talent Projects like employer branding, process improvement, AI adoption and tools utilization & optimization.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to anticipate future hiring needs and proactively support key positions.
Collaborate with the HR team and the hiring managers to consistently improve the onboarding experience and ensure a smooth & engaging transition for new hires.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
Your qualification:
4-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with exposure to hiring across a variety of profiles.
Previous experience in a SaaS start-up or scale-up environment is a strong plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
Experience with outbound sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, and the Teamtailor ATS is highly appreciated.
You are a self-starter: proactive, hands-on, and comfortable taking initiatives.
You have a strong interest in automation and AI, and know how to use them to create a smoother, more efficient recruitment process while preserving the human touch and company culture.

Salary:
50,000€ - 60,000€ base salary per year.
