The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team and lead our hiring efforts. In this role, you will be instrumental in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top-tier talent that aligns with our culture and business objectives. You will work closely with department leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruiting strategies
  • Source candidates using multiple channels including social media, job boards, networking, and referrals
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle from job posting, screening, interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding support
  • Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems accurately
  • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
  • Promote Clients Blackbox brand and culture to potential candidates to attract high-quality talent
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes and effectiveness

Requirements

**Required Experience **

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced agency or marketing environment
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers

**Preferred Experience **

Experience recruiting for marketing and digital media. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and human resources best practices.

**Skills and Attributes **

  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills.
