The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team and lead our hiring efforts. Role and Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruiting strategies
- Source candidates using multiple channels including social media, job boards, networking, and referrals
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle from job posting, screening, interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding support
- Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems accurately
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
- Promote Clients Blackbox brand and culture to potential candidates to attract high-quality talent
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes and effectiveness
Requirements
**Required Experience **
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced agency or marketing environment
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
**Preferred Experience **
Experience recruiting for marketing and digital media. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and human resources best practices.
