Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across APAC (Greater China, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia), including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels (job portals, social media, networking, agencies, etc.) to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to align recruitment efforts with regional business goals.
  • Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition across the regions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder or above.

  • 5+ years of working experience in Talent Acquisition. Welcome agency background candidates.

  • Fluent in verbal & written both English and Mandarin Chinese.

  • Deeply knowledgeable about various APAC market recruitment practices.

  • Strong organizational and pipeline management skills, especially in high-volume recruitment settings.

  • Global perspective with the ability to collaborate effectively across time zones and offices.

  • Self-starter and fast learner
