- Track candidate progress through each stage of the recruitment process.
- Prepare weekly candidate status updates for hiring managers and clients.
- Assist in updating recruitment reports to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
- Participate in kick-off sessions for new roles to validate requirements, essential and desired qualifications, and timelines.
- Identify potential risks or issues in the recruitment process and document them.
- Ensure professional and consistent communication with candidates.
- Keep candidates informed on process stages, next steps, and timelines.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 year of experience in recruitment or hiring.
- Proficiency with client-provided recruitment platforms and databases.
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
