Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic sourcing techniques and employer branding

  • Lead Kick off meetings with hiring manager for Job Description creation or alignment

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to identify potential candidates, this includes sourcing, screening candidates, posting job listings, scheduling interviews, conducting background and reference checks, negotiating job offers and onboarding new hires in Latam and Europe.

  • Build or improves assessment for any of the roles needed & conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit with our company culture and value.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies, job boards, and other talent sources to expand our candidate pool

  • Manage and mentor junior members of the talent acquisition team

  • Manage candidate communication and provide regular updates to hiring managers and candidates.

  • Coordinate recruitment events, such as career fairs and virtual events

  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry of ATS

  • Provide excellent customer service to candidates and internal stakeholders

  • Perform special projects and other HR duties as assigned

  • Run the onboarding & off boarding process ensuring a smooth process from end to end

Your experience has been shaped by🎯

  • Degree in HR, Business management, psychology, or similar careers.

  • 3+ years full-cycle recruiting experience (IT industry experience desirable)

  • Experience with LinkedIn recruiter & using ATS

  • Experience using tools eg Slack, G-Suite, Jira, among others.

  • Experience working hybrid

  • Advanced English level

  • Planning skills: Time management, meeting deadlines and deliverables with low supervision.

  • Positive and open-minded style of communication

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment start-up/tech: proactivity, initiative, resourcefulness, uncertainty management. Autonomy in a dynamic environment. (highly valued)
