Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment operations. The role involves managing end-to-end hiring activities, collaborating with clients and candidates, and enhancing our talent pipeline across various tech-related roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance for technical and non-technical positions.
  • Source and engage candidates through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in ATS and CRM systems.
  • Assist in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and priorities efficiently.
  • Knowledge of GCC labor market and hiring trends is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to work.
