To excel, you should have a solid recruitment background, with experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and effectively managing expectations for both hiring managers and candidates, along with the ability to implement new processes.
We are pleased to announce we are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our expanding team, in our head office in ** Ballymount, Dublin **.
- Collaborate with hiring teams to identify resourcing plans.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage multiple recruitment campaigns, sourcing candidates through various channels, including agency partners, social media, job boards, and professional networks.
- Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the selection process.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
- Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events.
- Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Internal Recruiter, Agency Recruiter with 2+ years’ experience
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting
- Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel & Powerpoint
- Degree in HR, or Business Studies including HR
- Good understanding of Engineering and Construction sector jobs
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Results focused in a fast paced environment
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
