Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience,
- Awareness of advanced sourcing techniques .
- Knowledge of labor market trends and local white-collar hiring channels.
- Familiarity with CBI techniques and ** discussion group activity management **.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
