What You'll Be Doing:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of global talent attraction strategies;
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles, focusing on high-demand talent;
  • Actively source, interview, and select exceptional candidates, leveraging innovative tools and methods;
  • Represent the company professionally as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring an outstanding experience;
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs, culture, and values, and provide strategic recruitment insights;
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize the hiring funnel;
  • Innovate and utilize technology, including AI tools, to streamline sourcing and selection processes;
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to strengthen the company’s employer branding and align it with hiring strategies;
  • Drive initiatives to continuously improve hiring processes, enhance the employer brand, and implement best practices.
  • What You Need To Succeed:

  • Solid experience in full-cycle talent attraction and selection, with proven success in closing senior-level roles;
  • Exceptional online candidate sourcing skills, using global platforms and recruitment tools;
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret and leverage recruitment metrics to inform decisions and improve processes;
  • Demonstrated experience in leveraging AI tools or similar, as part of daily routines in Attracting and selection, recruitment, or other HR activities, including automations and process optimizations.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment channels and global sourcing strategies;
  • Startup/scale-up mindset, with a desire to achieve great results in a fast-paced environment;
  • Fluent English is a must (written and spoken);
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills;
  • Curiosity and agility to adapt swiftly in a dynamic, high-growth landscape.
