About this role

Interwood Mobel is seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Lead – Kitchens, Doors & Wardrobes (KDW) to lead category growth, drive sales performance, and ensure seamless project execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the KDW business pipeline, leading cross-functional teams, strengthening customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive achievement of KDW sales targets through effective business development and pipeline management.
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate leads, increase conversions, and grow category revenue.
  • Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of Sales, Design, and Technical teams.
  • Oversee project execution from lead generation through order completion, delivery, and installation.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between sales, design, operations, supply chain, and installation teams.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for customer concerns and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor sales performance, project progress, and operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business performance updates for management.
  • Ensure compliance with KDW operational procedures, documentation standards, and service commitments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in sales, operations, project management, or category management within kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, interiors, construction, or related industries.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and delivering business targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales pipeline management, project execution, and customer relationship management.
