Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in ONE of the following industries (Real Estate, Sales Automotive, Sales Pharmaceutical ,Sales Hospitality, Luxury Retail Brands )
- Previous experience in a team leader, supervisor, or senior sales role is preferred.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Customer-focused, professional, and confident personality.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience using CRM systems (billing knowledge is a plus).
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).

- Lead, motivate, and support the team to achieve sales and service targets.
- Manage office, virtual office, and coworking enquiries from lead to closure.
- Conduct client tours, presentations, and service demonstrations.
- Follow up on all enquiries and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Support client onboarding, welcome calls, and ongoing client success meetings.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure all client enquiries are handled within 24 hours.
- Drive client retention, renewals, upselling, and subscription growth.
- Ensure high standards of office presentation and customer experience.
- Support accurate billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
- Coach and develop team members through regular feedback and performance support.
- Attend networking events and support community-building initiatives.
- Report regularly to management on performance and results.
