As a Care Professional Lead, you’ll be the vital link between our Care Professionals, clients, and office team.
Your role is to ensure that every client receives outstanding, tailored support and that every Care Professional feels valued, confident, and empowered to deliver their best.
You’ll use your knowledge and experience to:
- Ensure Care Plans are understood and followed meeting each client’s needs and preferences.
- Support, mentor, and develop Care Professionals in their roles.
- Monitor care quality and take action to make improvements when needed.
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, and the wider care team.
- Promote best practice and uphold Home Instead’s high standards at all times.

Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who is compassionate, confident, and committed to delivering exceptional care.
You’ll bring:
- SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or currently working towards it).
- Experience in the care sector, providing a wide range of personal care services.
- A passion for developing and nurturing others.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
- Good understanding of health and social care legislation and best practice.
- Confidence using care management technology and supporting others with it.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- A full UK driving licence and access to transport.
