We are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to lead our Inbound operations at Princess Polly’s Distribution Centre. You’ll be responsible for overseeing receiving, stock processing, team performance and operational efficiency while leading and developing a high-performing team. You’ll join a collaborative leadership group of Team Leaders and managers who work closely together to support one another, share ideas and drive continuous improvement across the operations.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the daily Inbound operation, including receiving, scheduling, unloading and stock processing

  • Manage purchase order schedules to ensure smooth supplier-to-DC coordination

  • Monitor Inbound workflow to ensure stock is processed accurately and within SLA timeframes

  • Report on Team KPIs, stock trends, processing times and performance insights

  • Forecast Inbound volumes and plan Team resources to meet demand

  • Coach, develop and motivate Team members through feedback, onboarding and 1:1s

  • Run daily Team briefings and maintain clear, engaging communication

  • Identify and drive process improvements to reduce turnaround times and improve accuracy

  • Partner with Inventory, Logistics, Outbound and HQ Teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency

  • Champion WHS standards to maintain a safe, clean and compliant warehouse environment

  • What are you looking for:

  • Experience leading Teams in a warehouse or distribution centre environment

  • Knowledge of Inbound operations, inventory management and stock flow processes

  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to motivate and develop others

  • Confidence working with WMS systems and operational reporting tools

  • Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • A commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement
