The role: Team Leader Sales - NL
As Team Leader Sales - Netherlands, you will drive Spiko鈥檚 growth in the Netherlands by owning the full sales cycle - from hunting new accounts to managing key client relationships - while helping build a sales team from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Hunting & Closing: identify, pursue, and sign new key accounts in the Dutch market.
Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure growth and satisfaction.
Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales process independently, from prospecting to closing.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Dutch market.
Reporting & Insights: Track performance metrics, provide regular updates to the Head of Sales, and collaborate closely with the founders.
Market Feedback: Gather insights from prospects and clients to inform product and go-to-market decisions.
Requirements
Experience: at least 5/7 years in Sales, ideally at a tier 1 startup.
Network: you鈥檝e already worked with CFOs of startups, scale-ups or SMBs.
Mindset: extremely ambitious, eager to help build a best-in-class sales machine for the Dutch market.
Autonomy: capable of running a full sales cycle independently from prospection to account management.
Resilience: We recruit people who get things done, not those who make excuses.
Tech-savvy: experienced with CRMs and familiar with sales tools like Aircall, Kaspr, Lusha, etc.
Excellent communication: native speaker in Dutch, fluent in English. French is a plus.
