Accountabilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing support of healthcare alerting and communication solutions across client environments. You will ensure successful deployments, system stability, and high-quality customer experiences throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:
- Installing, configuring, testing, and validating server-side components and mobile applications in Windows Server environments
- Supporting customer go-lives, deployments, and system activations to ensure smooth implementation outcomes
- Troubleshooting complex technical issues involving IIS, SQL Server, networking, mobile, and clinical communication systems
- Collaborating with customers, vendors, and internal teams to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions
- Communicating technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Maintaining documentation, implementation standards, and troubleshooting guides
- Providing regular project updates, status reports, and issue tracking to project managers and clients
- Participating in customer meetings and facilitating technical discussions when required
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in software application troubleshooting and technical support
- Experience in Healthcare IT environments strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, and application deployment processes
- Knowledge of networking concepts including DNS, HTTPS, firewalls, TLS/SSL, and TCP/IP
- Familiarity with load balancers, security concepts, and certificate management
- Experience with VMware environments and VOIP/telephony systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in complex technical environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customer-facing experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work flexible hours when needed
- Demonstrated teamwork, leadership, and strong customer service orientation
