Technical Lead

Client of FiniteHR Consulting Pvt Ltd - IT Healthcare Startup

We are looking for Java Developers (5-10 years) for a Technical Lead position with a Healthcare Related Start-up, in Hyderabad. With a well-established organisation, TechNamo (www.technamo.com), as a parent company, they are looking for a highly driven individual who can aid them in building a team of strong developers to serve their clientele in the healthcare industry.

Qualifications

Required Skillset:

- 5-10 years developing web applications in a highly transparent Agile organization, with iterations, continuous integration and a drive for quality

- Must have: Experience in J2EE, Spring, Eclipse, web services. Must have healthcare experience in HL7 and (EMR or EHR)

- Leading development team of atleast 4 people and ability to take technology decisions

- Atleast a Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field

- Must be a self-starter and able to work well with others in a fast-paced agile environment with an emphasis on collaborating and assisting the team to meet business objectives
