Role Requirements:
- Backlog Management: Define, prioritize, and refine product backlog items, epics, stories, and use cases aligned with business goals.
- Sprint Planning: Define sprint objectives and collaborate with the team to establish clear sprint goals.
- Requirements Engineering: Gather, verify, and maintain functional/non-functional requirements and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and QA.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary bridge between stakeholders and the development team to align on strategy and decisions.
- Quality & Approval: Inspect and approve product increments at the end of each iteration to ensure they meet standards.
- Change Management: Gather, prioritize, and integrate operational change requests into future sprints.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Experience: 3+ years as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, QA, or Data Analyst.
- Technical Foundation: Strong grasp of software development, architecture, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and UX principles.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Ability to guide and mentor cross-functional teams without direct authority; skilled in conflict resolution and mediation.
- Analytical & Decision-Making: Strong problem-solving skills to analyze data, address issues early, and make logical product decisions.
- Communication: Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written skills for stakeholder reporting and team alignment.
- Certification (Optional): PSPO I or equivalent is a plus.
