Job Description
The Project Manager oversees specific projects or work streams within the broader program framework. Develops and maintains detailed project plans aligned with the overall PMP, tracks progress against key milestones, manages project-specific resources, and prepares comprehensive status updates for the MSR. Additional responsibilities include identifying and mitigating project risks, conducting regular team meetings, managing stakeholder expectations for assigned projects, and implementing quality control measures.
Must have:
- 8 years of experience with project management experience in complex technical environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, team coordination, or risk management for IT initiatives
- Proven track record delivering projects on time and within scope
- Bachelor’s degree (or an additional 4 years of equivalent experience) in Project Management, IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Software Engineering
Security Clearance
- Active Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, or TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required, depending on position
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:
$106,300—$221,100 USD
