Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects across Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Operations
- Define project scope, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics
- Manage tasks and projects alignment, release planning, and milestone tracking
- Ensure cross-functional coordination and remove blockers proactively
- Drive execution of initiatives related to platform enhancements, new features, integrations, and operational tools
- Manage risks, dependencies, and production impact considerations
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on progress, delays, and trade-offs
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation
- Track KPIs post-launch and ensure smooth rollout and adoption
- Lead post-mortems and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management within a tech-driven company
- Strong experience in food delivery, e-commerce, marketplace, or logistics platforms
- Proven track record of delivering cross-functional tech projects on time
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience working closely with Engineering and Product teams
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously
- Strong risk management and dependency mapping skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to operate in high-pressure, live production environments
- Experience with POS integrations, payment systems, or logistics flows
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools
