We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technician to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of various technical equipment and systems
• Read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals to guide work processes
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, implementing effective solutions in a timely manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all work performed, including repairs, maintenance, and installations
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while performing technical tasks
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior technicians as needed
• Manage inventory of tools, parts, and supplies, ensuring adequate stock for ongoing operations
• Stay updated on the latest technological advancements and industry best practices

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience as a technician in a similar role, with a strong mechanical aptitude
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work efficiently and organize tasks effectively
• Proficient in using hand tools and technical equipment safely and accurately
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping, reporting, and communication
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various positions (standing, kneeling, crouching)
• Willingness and ability to work in hot climate conditions (specific to Riyadh location)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record may be required
• Industry-specific certifications are a plus
