JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales and business development efforts within the manufacturing sector, preferably someone with a strong focus on raw materials and recyclable products (plastic/paper/rubber/glass/metal).

This role plays a critical part in driving revenue growth across import & export markets, while navigating a price-sensitive and fluctuating market environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong market intuition and the ability to respond strategically to pricing movements to maximize profitability.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets

  • Drive B2B business development, identifying and securing new clients and opportunities

  • Manage import and export sales activities, including international client engagement and negotiations

  • Monitor and analyze market price fluctuations, demand-supply trends, and competitor pricing to optimize sales strategy and profit margins

  • Provide commercial insights and pricing recommendations based on market intelligence

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, production, supply chain) to ensure smooth order fulfillment

  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management review

  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and business meetings (locally & internationally)

  • Ensure compliance with trade regulations and company policies

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (open to someone who has lower education background but sufficient working experience)

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in manufacturing, raw materials, or commodity-based industries

  • Proven experience in import/export or international sales (China/Europe Market)

  • Strong understanding of price-sensitive / fluctuating markets (e.g. raw materials, commodities, recycling industry)

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and adjust pricing strategies to protect or enhance margins

  • Exposure to recyclable / sustainable products industry is an added advantage

  • Strong business acumen with excellent negotiation and communication skills

  • Self-driven, independent, and results-oriented

  • Ability to travel domestically (monthly) and internationally (quarterly)
