About this role
About the Role
We are building a fast-moving, AI-driven team focused on rapidly prototyping and deploying solutions that push healthcare technology forward. As a technology associate, you will work shoulder-to-shoulder with experienced engineers, product leaders, and healthcare technology experts to turn ambitious ideas into working prototypes — in weeks, not quarters.
While this is a role designed for recent college graduates, this is not a passive learning role. You will be given real problems, real data, and real accountability from day one. If you are energized by ambiguity and driven to make an immediate impact, this role is designed for you.
After 9 months of work, high-performing associates will be offered direct consulting roles with an expected ~20% salary increase.
