Technology Engineer - DevOps (PaaS)

We are seeking a skilled Technology Engineer – DevOps (PaaS) to support the Core Integration Team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ** OpenShift administration and CI/CD pipeline management (Jenkins), along with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement ** in a PaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide PaaS DevOps support for the Core Integration Team.
• Manage and administer OpenShift (Kubernetes-based platform) environments.
• Design, build, and maintain **CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins **.
• Optimize existing build and deployment jobs for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Drive process improvements and automation across DevOps workflows.
• Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot issues across environments.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams for smooth delivery.
• Ensure adherence to **DevOps best practices, security standards, and governance policies **.
• Support release management and deployment activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in **DevOps PaaS environments **.
• Hands-on expertise in **OpenShift Administration **.
• Proficiency in **CI/CD tools , especially Jenkins pipelines **.
• Experience in containerization and orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of automation and scripting (Shell, Python, or similar).
• Experience in **job optimization and process improvement initiatives **.
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
• Familiarity with **monitoring and logging tools **.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in **banking or financial services environments **.
• Certification in **OpenShift, Kubernetes, or DevOps tools **.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
