What you will own and improve:
IT Support- Tier I and II
- Primary go-to for user support. Troubleshoot and resolve tech issues for INFRA staff.
- Assistmembers to access and use INFRA’s technology tools
- Improve memberIT best practices and support.
- Advise members on email, POS systems, and other basic tools
- Pitch in to help wherever else may be helpful
Hardware/software inventory and management
- Manage and document hardware and software installation, maintenance, and inventory
IT training and documentation
- Support internal trainings, including technical review of documentation and delivery of training
- Conduct educational technology user groups and/or in-person events
Research, vet, and test technical solutions
- Promote information security within the business
- Stay current with industry trends, hardware, software lifecycles, andnew technologyopportunities
*Outside-hours work is periodicallyrequiredfor necessary work
*Travelup to 5% may berequiredfor this position.
What you already know:
- A loverof learning! We love self-taught, curious tech folks.
- 1-3 years’ experience working in IT and customer support
- Advanced training or certification in an IT fieldrequired. Associates degree in IT field preferred
- Experience proactively and reactively supporting both Mac and PC platforms
- Experience with Microsoft365,Entra, Intune, andSharePoint
- Experience educating/training end users in a variety of ways (in-person, written, video)
- Relationship builder with excellent in-person and remote customer service. Experienced with a hybrid workforce.
- Performs and prioritizes multiple tasks in a calm manner with great attention to detail and organizational skills
- Skillful problem solver who takes initiative to find solutions and improve upon processes
- Professional manner and ability to handle confidential situations
- Clear, approachable written and verbal communicator; comfortable with speaking and presenting to large groups
- Experience working with retail POS systemsa plus(ECRS, LOC, etc.)

- How Tech Support and Systems Administration collaborate and work together to solve problems
- This role has the potential to be a pro-in-place subject matter expert, or to grow within the Technology team in Systems Administration.
- Howthe complexities of the food distribution system canbe supported with technicalsolutions.
- How our Microsoft and multi-tool environment can be improved and iterated to support user needs.

Salary info:TT2$57,500-$72,000-$84,000
