Key Responsibilities
- Make high volumes of outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lead lists
- Introduce products and services clearly and persuasively
- Qualify leads and book appointments for the sales team
- Record call outcomes and update the CRM system accurately after each call
- Follow approved scripts while adapting naturally to conversations
- Handle objections professionally and maintain composure under pressure
- Achieve daily and weekly call and conversion targets
Qualifications and Experience
- 1+ year of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a similar outbound role
- Confident and persuasive communicator with a resilient attitude
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily
- Basic computer literacy and CRM experience
- Target-driven and self-motivated to perform in a remote setting
- Reliable home office setup with stable internet and a quality headset
- Good command of English; additional South African languages are advantageous
- Matric certificate required
Salary: R14,000/month + commission | 100% Remote
