We’re looking for an experiencedTelesales Managerto lead our telesales operations in the Philippines. You will coach a team of telesales agents, drive daily performance, improve conversion rates, and ensure targets are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day telesales team to achieve KPIs (leads, conversion, revenue, quality)

  • Coach, train, and motivate agents; run performance reviews and improvement plans

  • Ensure correct lead handling, call scripts, call recording/QA, and compliance with policies

  • Manage daily/weekly reporting and pipeline tracking (CRM hygiene, forecasting accuracy)

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness

  • Identify process improvements to increase conversion rates and reduce drop-off

  • Handle escalations and support closing efforts when required

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing a telesales team (preferably B2B)

  • Strong understanding of telesales KPIs, lead management, and sales funnels

  • Excellent coaching and communication skills

  • Comfortable working with targets in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and reporting

  • Ability to monitor calls and ensure quality and compliance
