·Also the candidate should have previous work experience in an agile development environment.

·Should be able to work with multiple stake holders and the parallel tracks/ releases

·Good communication and customer handling skills, should influence

·customer in the technical front and provide inputs/ solution for the business need

·Should worked in offshore- onsite model and should be able to communicate with the offshore team on daily basis

·Good in Estimation techniques and should act as a mentor to the team
