Trading Desk Associate

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile trades, transactions, and positions across Asia trading activity.

• Prepare and submit delivery instructions for proprietary trading.

• Maintain positions, P&L, and real-time desk information.

• Support operational processes to meet regulatory and exchange requirements.

• Use trading and desk tools under trader instruction, including algorithmic tools where applicable.

• Update and maintain trading systems, proprietary applications, and Excel tools.

• Liaise with traders, brokers, dealers/counterparties, clearing firms, and internal teams.

• Assist with execution support, recaps/reporting, and post-trade issue resolution.

• Contribute to automation and process-improvement projects, including testing and rollout support.

• Operate effectively on the trading floor and stay composed during time-sensitive situations.
