H2 Performance Consulting seeks an experienced Trainee Employee Assistance Program (TEAP) Subject Matter Expert (SME). This position will support the Department of Labor Office of Job Corps Health & Wellness Program by providing subject matter expertise, technical assistance, policy support, assessments, reporting, and collaboration with Government stakeholders. Provide substance abuse prevention and counseling expertise, evaluate TEAP programs, support AODA policy, training, and technical assistance.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide expert consultation.

· Support ROCA/ROTA assessments.

· Review records and prepare recommendations.

· Develop reports and training materials.

· Assist with policy implementation and continuous quality improvement.

Required Qualifications

· Licensed psychologist, PhD, or MSW; 5+ years providing drug/alcohol counseling to adolescents and young adults.

· Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust determination.

· Job Corps TEAP, prevention programs.
