Key Responsibilities

Developing Training Plan

  • Develop and plan training in line with marketing and sales focus and strategic objectives.
  • Develop strategy and training programs through adaptation of Brand Partner/ Regional materials.
  • Leverage knowledge of competitor training and retail/consumer trends.
  • Execute and deliver the training programs, in line with the company’s training objectives; and ensuring that they are in sync with marketing and sales focus.
  • Regular evaluation of Beauty Advisor’s’ performance with retail team and organize specific trainings/programs to improve attitude, skills and motivation level.

On Field

  • Conduct regularly counter visits and ensure the development of BAs through regular coaching and appraisals and to identify future training needs.
  • Conduct regular counter visits, coaching, training, check for working attitude, manner and performance of Counter Manager and Beauty Advisor.

Training Budget Management

  • Manage and track budget for training department, optimize developments costs and planning

Uniforms & Grooming

  • Accurate forecast on uniforms.
  • Check and inspect BAs uniforms are in good condition and they look well groomed.

Requirements

    • At least 2 years of experience in Training, Education, or a related field.
    • Proven track record in leading and influencing teams through direct or indirect management, with demonstrated success in driving sales and/or service performance.
    • Strong presentation, facilitation and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
    • Excellent planning, administrative and organizational capabilities, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Highly self-motivated, proactive and enthusiastic, with a passion for developing people and driving continuous improvement.
    • Strong command of both spoken and written English will be an added advantage.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
