Please Note - This position is fully in-office, five days per week, with the flexibility to work from any Compass office location in Mississippi or Louisiana.
At Compass You Will:
- Handle document tracking for a large volume of real estate transactions from listing to close, and/or contract to close, ensuring compliance with brokerage and legal requirements
- Ensure real estate contracts are processed properly and in a timely matter, with a focus on the details
- Manage and track contract deadlines to ensure all timelines are met
- Navigate company systems to validate accuracy of compliance and commission records
- Provide support to Agents in response to inquiries regarding commission payouts, deductions, and commission calculations
- Collaborate with sales managers, and other support teams to offer outstanding support to the agents
- 5+ years of real estate activity in this market
- Strong knowledge of the real estate laws in MS and LA and familiarity with standard real estate forms used in these states
- In-depth knowledge of Real Estate Transaction Coordination and Compliance
- Contract to Close experience
- DocuSign, Google Suite, CTM
- Strong written, quantitative, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to digest detailed contracts and make informed decisions based on content
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of Agent’s contract data
- Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Customer service-oriented personality
- Impeccable attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- B.A. or B.S. degree preferred
