Transition Manager

• Ensures that the move from a current operational environment to a new one happens smoothly on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption to business operations. At the same time making sure smooth, timely, and risk-free transition of services from the external vendor to the internal team by developing and executing end-to-end transition plan, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Develop the transition plan, timeline, milestones, and risk register.
• Coordinate activities across all technical and business teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for transition-related issues.
• Manage communication with executives, stakeholders, and the outgoing vendor.
• Ensure compliance with contractual exit obligations.
• Track and report progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
• Manage cutover and hypercare activities (stabilization period).
• Ensure full knowledge transfer to internal staff is completed and validated.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management or related field

• **Preferred/Advantageous **

  • Project Management Certifications
  • ITIL Certification

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Transition Manager

• Can work Full onsite (Cubao)
